General Effects
- Volume: Use the volume slider in the main window or the Control Panel to change the volume.
- Speed: 33 RPM can slow a song down to 1% of its original speed and up to twice its speed. For best results, do not slow a song below 25%, unless it is a MIDI file.
- Pitch: Change the pitch of a song from -1200Hz to 1200Hz. A 1200Hz difference is the equivalent of a one octave change.
- Reset: The Reset arrow returns the volume, speed, and pitch to their initial values. From the Controls menu, select Reset Controls to reset all controls in the General and Range control panels.
Tip: For finer grade control over setting the controls, hold down the Option key and click to the left or right of the control slider knob to adjust the value by 1.
